Great customer service from helpful staff. the room was comfortable and met basic standards. the hotel's location is convenient, just off the main road and close to several amenities. the pricing is also reasonable.
the external cleanliness of the hotel was lacking, with lots of fallen leaves around the area.

the guesthouse is situated close to the freeway, the UFS campus, and the University of the Free State, making it the perfect spot to base ourselves. the linen was fresh, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning proved a blessing in the heat wave. We appreciated the facilities, such as the secure courtyard and easy early morning keys drop-off.
Although the staff were friendly, we would've appreciated a map of nearby restaurants or the WiFi password in the room's info book to avoid having to go to reception for assistance.

We had a comfortable, quiet stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is well-located near the highway, a shopping mall, and the University of the Free State. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the restaurant and felt safe parking our car on the premises.
It was all superb.

The self-catering units were quite spacious and well equipped with a nice kitchenette and a large fridge. The location was great, close to a shopping center and a main road, making it easy to find restaurants and explore the area. Another advantage was the availability of a laundry room - very convenient for a weekend stay.
The maintenance of the units could be improved. The shower was quite dirty, and some of the appliances were not functioning properly.
